Cypress Jet, LLC ("Cypress Jet," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you under applicable privacy laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").
This Policy applies to information collected through cypressjet.com (the "Site") and through direct communications with our advisors by phone, email, text message, or in person.
We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with our Site or our team:
Name, phone number, and email address.
Departure and arrival locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, trip type (one-way or round-trip), cabin class preferences, and any notes or special requests you provide.
Any information you provide when you contact us by phone, email, text message, or through a form, including the content of those communications.
Whether you have opted in to receive newsletter, marketing, or text message communications from us.
If you send us a request through the Site, it includes how you reached the Site: the Google Ads click identifier if you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign tags in the web address you arrived on (for example, "utm_source=google"), the first page you viewed, and the website that sent you.
Pages viewed, links and phone numbers clicked, forms sent, how far you scroll, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (such as city or region), collected through the cookies and similar technologies described in Section 8.
If you call us using a number shown in one of our Google ads, or shown on the Site after you arrived from one of our ads, the call details described in Section 8.
We do not collect payment card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the Site. Any such information required to complete a booking is collected directly by your advisor through a secure, separate process, not through the Site's forms.

The Site uses cookies, your browser's storage, and tags from Google and Meta for the purposes below.
Counts visits and shows us which pages are viewed, how visitors found the Site, which links and phone numbers are clicked, how far visitors scroll, and which forms are sent, along with the visitor's type of device and browser and approximate location.
Tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads sends a request or calls us, so we know which ads work. Google stores the ad click identifier in a cookie on the Site for this. Google may also use your visit to show you Cypress Jet ads later on Google and on other websites and apps (remarketing), and to personalize the ads you see.
When you send a form, Google's tag may detect the email address, phone number, and address you entered and send them to Google in hashed (scrambled) form. Google uses them to match your request to a Google account that saw or clicked our ads, and reports results to us without identifying you. Google calls this "enhanced conversions."
Tells us when someone views pages on the Site, clicks its buttons, or sends a request, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and see which ones work. Meta stores identifiers in cookies on the Site for this, including the ad click identifier if you arrived from one of our ads. Meta may also use your visit to show you Cypress Jet ads later on Facebook and Instagram, and to personalize the ads you see.
Meta's pixel may also detect the email address and phone number you enter in a form and send them to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. Meta calls this "automatic advanced matching."
Our own script keeps a short record in your browser of how you reached the Site (see "How You Found Us" in Section 2), so a request you send later in your visit, or within 90 days, tells us which ad or website brought you. It never stores your name, email address, or phone number.
The Site also remembers your cookie choice in your browser so it doesn't ask again.
A banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline cookies.
When cookies are off, the Meta Pixel doesn't load, and Google's tags don't set or read cookies. Google may still receive limited information without cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed or a form was sent, which it uses only in aggregate to estimate results. A request you send still includes how you reached the page you're on, such as the campaign tags in its web address.
To change your choice later, clear this Site's cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center, and control the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences.
If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown on the Site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number, and the call buttons in our Google ads use one too. Calls to these numbers are connected through Google, which tells us the caller's area code, the time and length of the call, and whether it was answered. We use this to measure which ads lead to calls. We do not use Google to record calls.
Calls with our team, and with our 24/7 AI Concierge at (970) 557-1241, which is answered by an automated assistant, may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your request and keep a record of it.

If you provide your mobile number, our forms offer two separate, optional text-message choices: (1) text messages about your quote request, trip details and flight arrangements, and (2) recurring marketing and promotional messages such as empty-leg flight offers and special pricing. You can choose either, both or neither, and you can submit a request without choosing any. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing info@cypressjet.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
