Cypress Jet, LLC is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. Cypress Jet, LLC does not own or operate aircraft and does not exercise operational control over any flight. All flights arranged by Cypress Jet, LLC are operated by properly licensed and FAA-certificated direct air carriers.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All content on the Site, including our logo, text, photographs, and design, is the property of Cypress Jet, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
Pricing, availability, and aircraft information shown on the Site are estimates and are subject to change based on real-time market conditions. A quote provided through the Site or by a Cypress Jet advisor is not a confirmed booking or a binding agreement. A trip is only confirmed once you and Cypress Jet have executed a separate written charter agreement or, for Jet Card members, once your membership agreement is in place.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing, availability, or aircraft specifications displayed will be accurate in real time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypress Jet, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in connection with the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
